Dancing with the Mystery:

Embracing the Wisdom of the Question Mark:

The only constant in life is change. Yet, often times we are lulled into a false sense of security that life is constant and change, something to avoid. What do we do when life doesn’t present itself in a nice, neat, attractive little package?

This workshop is an invitation to DANCE with and celebrate the mystery that is life; to uncover our unique "inner compass"…a tool that is always available to help us navigate life’s twists and turns.

We will:

• Enter our bodies, through the use of yoga, expressive movement and meditation, in a way that invites a fullness of experience and supports the process of deep self exploration
• Explore our process, using simple art materials and journaling, to give voice, color and form to the fruits of our inquiry.
• Expand our knowledge of the intricate and scientifically validated connection between mind, brain, body and relationship.
• Celebrate our unique story and process, within the confines of a safe nurturing community, learning the tools necessary to apply and integrate our experience into our lives.

You will be invited to transcend the limits of mind, release the excess and non-essential, and emerge with a renewed sense of inner trust, excitement and deep appreciation for the gifts of the journey itself.

No previous experience in yoga, dance, or art is necessary. The only prerequisite is a willingness to come together in community to experience the gifts of your rich inner self.
